Strappy sandals have been a popular choice for celebrities and influencers in 2024. Many brands such as Gucci, Stuart Weitzman and Christian Louboutin carry strappy sandals as a part of their footwear lineup, offering the style in many different forms. Strappy sandals first originated in the early 1900s, going through many variations over the years.

Fellow musician Karol G also elected to wear strappy sandals to tonight’s event. The singer arrived on the red carpet in a pair of strappy PVC sandals that included a slightly square design in the upper, a yellow thick strap in the upper region and a thick block heel that appeared to be finished by a thick block heel measuring between 3-to-4 inches in height.
