Casadei and House of Gilles Team Up for a Bespoke Bridal Footwear Collection

Casadei and House of Gilles are partnering up for a couture bridal footwear collaboration that promises to be timeless and elegant.
The collaboration, which is inspired by the House of Gilles Bridal 2025 Collection, includes several shoe styles that were carefully handcrafted with quality and the modern bride in mind. The Casadei x House of Gilles collection aims to go beyond simply pairing a dress with a shoe, and instead, wants to deliver footwear that not only complements the dress, but enhances the bridal experience.
“This collaboration was born out of a shared vision to create something truly exceptional for today’s bride; one that fuses Casadei’s iconic craftsmanship with the ethereal elegance of House of Gilles,” Casadei CEO Arianna Casadei tells FN. “It was a true family affair on both sides. The House of Gilles Bridal Collection became a natural point of inspiration, and we began to imagine how the intricate details of their gowns could be translated into sculptural, couture footwear.”

Casadei shared that each piece was designed to feel like a part of a bride’s story, embodying grace, sophistication, and the kind of once-in-a-lifetime magic people want to feel on their wedding day, while maintaining each bride’s individuality. Chloé Mendel Corgan, co-founder and creative director of House of Gilles, says the shoes are a natural extension of their gowns and help complete their story.
“Working with Casadei gave us the opportunity to carry our vision from head to toe, and elevate each look with intention and care,” she tells FN. “This collection with Casadei represents a perfect marriage of both brands’ dedication to heritage and craftsmanship. Each shoe embodies our couture ethos — a celebration of classic, timeless elegance and romance.”
The collection includes flats, high-heels, platforms and open-toe styles, made using delicate materials like lace, satin and crystals. Some of the designs include the Duchesse Satin Slingback Flat, the Lace & Crystal Flower Slingback Heel, the Duchesse Satin Pump, the Delicate Strap Platform Heel, the Handmade Molded Flower Open Toe High Heel and more.
The footwear brand’s creative director Cesare Casadei’s favorite design is the Handmade Molded Flower Open Toe High Heel, which is sculptural, poetic and embodies the romantic spirit of the entire collection.
Arianna believes the synergy between both brands stem from their shared deep respect for craftsmanship and a mutual dedication to create heirloom-quality pieces. They believe brides today are looking for shoes that reflect their individuality and personality, while offering comfort and elegance, and for shoes they can wear long after they say, “I do.”

At House of Gilles, each unique gown is crafted through an intimate, one-on-one journey between the bride and the designer. Similarly, the shoe collection will be available exclusively made to order through House of Gilles and select Casadei and House of Gilles retail and bridal partners.
