First Look at Undefeated’s Air Jordan 4 Collaboration Coming Out This Year

One of the rarest collaborations in the history of Air Jordan sneakers, 2005’s Undefeated x Air Jordan 4, is getting its biggest release yet this year and a purported first look at the shoes has just surfaced on social media.
Although the images originate from somewhat dubious origins, they offer the best look yet at what can be expected from the upcoming release. Many of the sneakers original details remain intact on the 2025 version, including its flight jacket-inspired olive nubuck upper with black, white and orange accents.
An original-styled nylon tongue is also featured, along with a Velcro tongue patch which features “Jordan Rare Air” branding underneath. New additions to the retro include Nike Air heel branding — another version with a Jumpman logo is also expected to be released — and a co-branded hangtag featuring Undefeated’s five-strike logo juxtaposed with an orange Jumpman.

The Undefeated x Air Jordan 4 was a milestone moment in sneaker culture and was the first-ever Jordan Brand collaboration. Only 72 pairs of the original release were created, making it the sort of mythical sneaker that fans have coveted for decades. Not unlike the Wu-Tang Clain x Nike Dunk High which was released in 2024, the arrival of the Undefeated x Air Jordan 4 has been likened to Nike “opening the vault” for some of its most guarded and famous designs.

While there has not yet been an official confirmation from either Jordan Brand or Undefeated, it’s clear that a ’25 launch of the Los Angeles-based streetwear brand’s Air Jordan 4 is in the works. Readers can expect two different versions, one with the Jumpman branding that was featured on the first ’05 iteration, and another with the Air Jordan 4’s original Nike Air branding, to be released.
The latest rumors point to a June 21 launch and retail price of $225 for the “Deep Green/Clementine/Black/Sail” colorway, but it’s possible the details could change between now and then.
