Nike’s Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble sneakers are releasing on a near-weekly basis at this point, and for good reason: the 2025 remastered iteration of the model has been hailed as one of the best reissues in the shoe’s 30 year history. Today, a new colorway joins the lineup with an overseas launch that should be followed by a U.S. drop soon.
The Nike Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble “Baltic Blue” is now available from select retailers. The “Black/Black/Pearl Grey/Baltic Blue” colorway is a predominantly black look that is accented with a bright blue on its Air units, side panel, eyelets and tongue logo — there’s even a touch of contrast stitching around the heel for good measure. Otherwise, the stealthy style only features a Pearl Gray shade on the tongue logo as well as the Air Max 95’s signature reflective silver heel and tongue.
Nike’s remastered Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble debuted in March with a surprise release of the original “Neon” colorway at Blue Room, a vintage store in Tokyo. That was followed by a limited launch on April 4. It was originally rumored that a wider release would take place near the end of April, but the latest updates point to the sneaker rereleasing next year.
Beyond the “Neon” version, Nike has issued numerous other Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble styles including a gradient fade “Mandarin” and a “Reverse Gradient” look based on an original sketch by designer Sergio Lozano. Other pairs currently available from various stockists include a contrast stitch pack featuring the “Michigan” colorway, a “Mini Swoosh” pack and a women’s-exclusive group.
While a stateside release has not been confirmed, this new Nike Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble “Baltic Blue” colorway is available now from select UK retailers including nike.com, JD Sports and Size?. Given current conversion rates, retail pricing will come in quite a bit higher than their U.S. pricing of $180. The “Baltic Blue” pair is retailing at 175 pounds, which is around $233.
