Brooks and Disney have joined forces add a bit of magic to the running experience with the limited-edition Brooks x runDisney collection.
With Brooks Run Club’s members offered first access, the collection features four options available for both women and men. The two Brooks sneaker styles featured are the Ghost Max 2 and the Adrenaline GTS 24, each reimagined with colorful Disney-themed flair.
The Ghost Max 2 runDisney SS, commemorating the 2025 runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend, is a bright turquoise hue with pops of other vivid colors like yellow and pink. The Mickey Mouse head logo patterns the laces, which can be customized with themed race badges — think Groot 5k, Hercules 10k, etc.
Another option is the Ghost Max 2 Minnie Mouse, which pays homage to the iconic character with a bold red and white colorway with black and yellow accents. The sole, tongue and laces are polka dotted, drawing inspiration from Minnie Mouse’s classic outfit.
A similar colorway is showcased with the Ghost Max 2 Mickey Mouse, which honors the OG Disney character with a gradient black and white upper, red sole with black speckling and yellow laces with tiny black polka dots. The Mickey Mouse option features the Mickey Mouse head at the back of the shoe while a version with a bow is on the Minnie Mouse iteration. The Ghost Max 2 features lightweight cushioning, a rocker shape that helps with stability and a broad base aiding stability.
Last but not least, another style showcased in the collection is the Adrenaline GTS 24 runDisney, which features a blue and green colorway. A running Mickey Mouse detail is showcased on the back of the shoe while a gradient speckled sole and multi-colored laces keep the fun color scheme going. The sneakers include nitrogen-infused cushioning, Brooks’ GuideRails support system, which helps to minimize excess motion, and a mesh upper allowing for breathable comfort.
The Adrenaline GTS 24 runDisney is marked at a price of $150 while the Ghost Max 2 styles retail for $160. The collection is tied in with runDisney, which encompasses six race weekends between Walt Disney World in Florida and Disneyland in California in addition to virtual races.
