This Brand New Air Jordan 11 Colorway is Confirmed to Be Released This Year

Fans of the iconic Air Jordan 11 have plenty to look forward to this holiday season.
In addition to the return of the “Gamma” colorway first seen in 2013, a new “Rare Air” style is expected to join the brand’s series, which also features the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 3 and Air Jordan 4. There’s also a brand new “Coldest in the Game” makeup expected in December. And for women, an exclusive “Grand Finale” version of Michael Jordan’s 11th signature shoe is also joining the lineup and the first in-hand images have just surfaced.
The new women’s Air Jordan 11 Retro “Grand Finale” dons a “Sail/Pearl Gray/White/Metallic Silver” color combination which translates to a Sail-tinted off-white upper that uses a soft gray tone on the model’s signature patent leather mudguard. The shoe’s heel Jumpman logo gets a three-dimensional effect with a raised metallic silver emblem, while the heel features a traditional “23” printed logo. Finishing off the design is a milky, opaque outsole which nearly conceals its Jumpman logo.

Overall, the “Grand Finale” Air Jordan 11 Retro is somewhat reminiscent of the fan-favorite “Cool Gray” style, yet in a much softer shade overall. The exact theme behind the “Grand Finale” nickname has not been confirmed, but more details are expected to be announced in the coming months.
First released in 1995, the Air Jordan 11 was inspired by Jordan’s desire for a more formal looking basketball sneaker. Its signature detail is a patent leather mudguard which wraps the entire upper of the shoe. Over the years, the patent leather portion has been given various different material treatments including suede, faux pony hair and imitation snakeskin.
Readers can anticipate the Air Jordan 11 Retro “Grand Finale” to be released closer to the holiday 2025 season with a current expected launch date of Nov. 11. Retail pricing for the women’s exclusive style is $230 and the sneaker’s SKU is AR0715-110.
