Fashion Group International’s Night of Stars returned for a starry, fashion-forward gala — this time, overtaking the Plaza Hotel in New York City.
On the red carpet, attendees embodied the “Leaders and Legends” theme in sharp suiting and dynamic dresses. Stars like Eva Chen, Candace Bushnell and Marilyn Kirschner opted for vibrant statements with pieces covered in bright colors, sequins and 3D appliqués, complemented with shoes ranging from bejeweled platforms to classic pumps.
Others leaned into “power dressing” with various riffs on suiting. Honoree Andrew Bolton was sharply outfitted in a Thom Browne suit and brogues, while street style stars like Katya Tolstova, Caroline Vazzana and Olga Ferrara revamped classic blazer-and-trouser sets with statement heels from Cynthia Rowley, Jimmy Choo and Christian Louboutin. Meanwhile, Martha Stewart dressed on-theme in a glitzy white Dennis Basso suit to pay tribute to the designer — to whom she presented the Lifetime Achievement Award at the event’s ceremony.
