A Closer Look at the Koio x La Marzocco Limited-Edition Collaboration [PHOTOS]

New York City-based footwear brand Koio and Italian espresso machine manufacturer La Marzocco, which share roots in Florence, Italy, have teamed up for a limited-edition collaboration paying tribute to the Italian coffee culture that’s influenced New York City.

Combining Italian tradition and the quotidian energy of New York City, the collection pays homage to the rituals that get the city going. Both brands are dedicated to intentional design and craftsmanship, and in this collection they showcase a suede Koio Capri sneaker and a bespoke La Marzocco Linea Mini espresso machine — the latter of which is made to order and available by request. The sneaker showcases the footwear brand’s minimalist style in a gray colorway mirroring the hue of the espresso machine.
