Sexxy Red Wore Christian Louboutin Sandals With Ribbon Ankle Ties at iHeartRadio Music Awards 2025
Sexxy Red did not go unnoticed on the red carpet at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in Los Angeles on Monday.
The rapper donned a fuzzy white and brown cow-print bikini top embellished with the number “5” in red leather, a matching fur duster coat on top and zip-front denim shorts. While posing for photos, she revealed her coat’s red leather and hot pink quilted satin interior. She also showcased a bold, bow-embellished diamond chain around her neck.
The up-and-coming artist, who later took the stage alongside GloRilla to perform their hit “Whatchu Kno About Me,” further accessorized with a chunky diamond ring, a glitzy belly ring and oversized Versace sunglasses. Sexxy Red tied things together with white Christian Louboutin sandals.
The “U My Everything” rapper reached for the “Sandale du Désert,” a romantic silhouette featuring a thick crepe satin toe strap and a ribbon ankle tie in ivory. A part of Louboutin’s bridal collection, the stiletto sandals retail for $995. The whimsical style is complete with a soaring stiletto heel measuring approximately 4 inches.

The iHeartRadio Music Awards is an annual ceremony that honors the biggest names in music. Hosted by LL Cool J, this year’s event takes place at Dolby Theater in Los Angeles. Artists with the most nominations tonight include Kendrick Lamar, Morgan Wallen, Post Malone, Sabrina Carpenter, and Taylor Swift. The show will also feature special appearances from Becky G, Billy Idol, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Kelsea Ballerini, Offset, Robin Thicke, Victoria Monét and more.
Taylor Swift’s “Era’s Tour” will be honored as the “Tour of the Century” while Gracie Abrams will receive the Breakthrough Artist of the Year Award. Moreover, Mariah Carey is set to receive the Icon Award and Lady Gaga will take home the Innovator Award.
