Sarah Paulson dressed up in a head-to-toe Bottega Veneta ensemble to host the Tony Award nominations alongside Wendell Pierce in New York City on Wednesday, rounding out her ensemble with sharp mules from the brand’s spring 2023 collection.
Paulson opted for a full runway look consisting of Bottega Veneta‘s Structured Cotton Stripe Jacket and Shiny Leather Skirt, which respectively retail for $3,600 and $4,200. The jacket, which puts a structured spin on a classic pinstriped button-down, features an elongated collar and narrowed waist. The skirt, meanwhile, is a white midi-length garment crafted from nappa leather and adorned with large swinging tassels at the hemline. The actress’ dark bob and shiny earrings fit in with her refined aesthetic.
Paulson stuck with Bottega Veneta when it came time to pick out footwear. She appeared to be wearing a pair of heels from the brand’s spring 2023 collection, a black leather mule style with a slightly asymmetrical V-shaped outline at the vamp aligning with the pointed toe. Elevated by a tapered heel, a burgundy version of the shoes was crafted as well, which could be seen on the runway in Milan in 2022.
Paulson previously wore Bottega Veneta shoes in October, donning a pair of black sculpted wedge heels amidst promotion of the film “Hold Your Breath.”
The Tony Awards are slated to take place on June 8 this year. Find the looks from last year’s Tonys below.
