Rina Lipa Steps Out With Sister Dua Lipa in Knee-High Boots for Gucci’s Cruise 2025 Show
Rina Lipa, alongside her sister Dua Lipa, attended the Gucci Cruise 2025 runway show at Tate Modern on Monday in London while wearing a pair of the brand’s knee-high boots.
Having been photographed attending red carpet premieres and star-studded events in sleek sandals, heels and boots, Lipa has a certified preference for classic shoe silhouettes. Most recently, the star was seen attending the “Challengers” U.K. premiere in London wearing a pair of black JW Anderson bubble heel leather sandals. The shoes featured a slingback silhouette, strappy design and a distinctive sculptural heel in a bright gold hardware.
Monday’s presentation was helmed by Gucci’s current Creative Director, Sabato de Sarno. Featuring eye-catching fashions in bold new colorways, the show was the designer’s third collection with the luxury retailer. Watching the presentation from the front row were celebrity names such as Paul Mescal, Demi Moore, Kate Moss, Salma Hayek Pinault, Law Roach and Solange Knowles, among others.

About the Shoes
Lipa’s choice of footwear, crafted from a glossy Patent leather in a deep maroon colorway, featured an estimated .5-inch block heel, rounded-toe silhouette and knee-high design. Additionally, the star’s boots were adorned with a small silver chain detail along the side of each heel, as well as the brand’s iconized red and green striped emblem in the form of pull tabs along the shoe’s upper rim.
A number of stars arrived to the Gucci show wearing a pair of shoes from the brand’s large selection of footwear styles. In fact, Dua Lipa was seen side by side with her sister at the show in a pair of Gucci Horsbit platform mules. The “Illusion” singer’s shoes, crafted from sleek black leather, featured a slingback strap, rounded-toe silhouette and chunky block heel elevated at an estimated 4 inches. Additionally, the mules were adorned with the brand’s signature Horsebit detailing in brushed gold hardware.
About the Brand
Gucci’s Cruise 2025 presentation showcased the brand’s newest selection of footwear styles and silhouettes. The majority of the collection featured flats, adorned with several straps, buckle and tie detailing, and loafers, elevated with a platform base and finished with metal embellishments. Additionally, the brand’s runway show was sprinkled with ballet-inspired designs, such as square-toe boxes and ribbon-wrapped ankles.
