Quinta Brunson embraced a monochromatic look for a special FYC screening of the “Abbott Elementary” finale at the Academy of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The actress wore a chocolate brown silk tank top featuring a gold detail on one of the shoulder straps tucked into a matching leather pencil skirt that hit just below the knee.
The ensemble hearkens back to Brunson’s dazzling Golden Globes 2025 look, a chocolate brown velvet bustier column gown featuring thousands of handsewn beads. The dress was a custom Roberto Cavalli design.
As for shoes, the “Big Mouth” star opted for Christian Louboutin pumps finished in smooth brown leather to complement the rest of her chic outfit. The style boasted a pointed toe, a low-cut vamp, and an open side that highlighted the inner arches of the foot. Tall, slender stiletto heels completed the flattering silhouette. She donned the Iriza.
A celebrity staple, it seems just about everyone has stepped out in Louboutin’s Iriza pumps at some point. The Iriza is considered one of the most popular silhouettes from the French luxury footwear brand, alongside the iconic So Kate line. Fans of the demi-d’Orsay style include Regina King, Anya Taylor-Joy, Tracee Ellis Ross, Selena Gomez, Jennifer Lopez, and more. Anna Kendrick just donned a gold metallic version featuring an ornate print yesterday at the “Another Simple Favor” photocall in London.
Quinta Brunson regularly works with stylist Jessica Paster, whose other high-profile clients include Emily Blunt, Glenn Close, Paris Jackson, Miranda Kerr, and Adam Sandler’s wife Jackie. Paster styled the “Abbott Elementary” creator in an ethereal Dior gown for the SAG Awards in February.
When it comes to shoes, the writer has been known to wear strappy styles, vibrant pumps, and metallic platform sandals. She has sported shoes from top brands including Gucci, Giuseppe Zanotti, Stuart Weitzman and Le Silla.
Paster has been working in the industry for decades. At the start of her career, she helped style Kim Basinger for the 1998 Golden Globes, where she picked up the best supporting actress award for “L.A. Confidential.”
