Nikki Glaser was a vision in red the 2025 Mark Twain Prize For American Humor at The Kennedy Center on March 23 in Washington, DC.
While the jokes inside the menu may have been Rated R, the comedian kept things PG by inviting her mom Julie E. Glaser and dad E.J. Glaser to the event. The trio was all smiles on the red carpet, and while her parents were for subtle colors like black and navy blue, she added a pop of color to their outing with her all red ensemble.
The comedian wore a form fitting red gown from Lebanese fashion designer Nicolas Jebran. The dress featured a strapless design as well as some draped, satin, off-the-shoulder sleeves. The dress featured a small cutout at the center of her torso, which led to a corset-like bodice and a long skirt with a high slit and a short train.
The high slit gave way for her shoes to be on full display. On her feet, she popped a classic pair of Christian Louboutin’s Pigalle pumps in a red satin that perfectly matched the red hue of her dress. The Pigalle is an iconic style from Louboutin and has been a go-to for celebrities and fans of the French footwear designer for years. The Pigalle celebrates the Parisian quarter from which it takes its name, and it is known to evoke timeless style.

The Pigalle is a sophisticated design with an iconic low-cut vamp, which elongates the appearance of the leg like it did for Glaser, revealing the décolleté of the foot and tapering into a modern pointed toe. It appeared that she was wearing the 100mm model.
The comedian has been solidifying herself as a true shoe aficionado. For her events and appearances, Glaser has been stepping out in enviable heels, mixing between classic brands like Jimmy Choo and Louboutin with newer designers like Alevì and Paris Texas.
