Mel B. waltzed down the streets of NYC on Monday after her appearance on the “Tamron Hall Show” in a pair of leopard-print pumps from Philipp Plein.
The singer, who is also known as “Scary Spice,” has been on a promotional circuit in New York City to promote her new memoir “Brutally Honest,” which gives a deep personal insight into her iconic career both in front and behind the camera.
Elevated heels and leopard prints remain a constant in the superstar’s wardrobe—something she has loved since her early career.
On Monday, the former “Spice Girls” wore another pair of Philipp Plein shoes, this time donning the brand’s Kobra Love boots.
Made in Italy, these Philipp Plein heels are crafted in a pointed pump style and made with a patent leather outer. The lining and sole are also cut with leather and are splashed in a leopard print colorway.
A skull-shaped jewel ornament can be found on the stiletto portion of the shoe, which itself is sharp, pointed and thin. Additionally, the leopard print color is also painted inside of the shoe along with the footbed, with the heel height clocking in at roughly 4.7 inches.
Founded by designer Philipp Plein in Germany circa 1998, this namesake company has quickly become one of the most reputable and popular global shoe brands. Counting the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Hailey Baldwin, Lena Gercke and more as celebrity ambassadors, the brand is defined by their loud prints, designs and fearless approaches to fashion. Luxury heels are what the company calls their modus operandi and why they continue to be a go-to footwear choice for many notable figures in the entertainment industry over two decades after their establishment.
