Lori Harvey Dresses Up in a Modern Burberry Look and White Sandals for the 2025 Essence Women in Hollywood Awards
Lori Harvey brought a modern Burberry look to the Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards in Los Angeles on Feb. 27, accenting her preppy ensemble with open-toe sandals.
Wearing a look from Burberry‘s Spring 2025 collection, Harvey showcased the British brand’s signature plaid with her pants, which were a pair of straight-leg trousers accented by a beige belt.

In a unique touch, each pant leg was cinched at the bottom and featured slits, with the patterned fabric partially obscuring her shoes. The SKN by LH founder also wore an iteration of a trench coat which was long in the back and cropped in front; a chic scarf feature contributed to the elegance of the garment.
For her footwear, Harvey wore a cream-colored pair of open-toe sandals featuring an eye-catching sole offering the look a black trim. The set also boosted Harvey in height with a black block heel. Burberry’s Bay mules, which can be purchased from Farfetch from $1,107, resemble the shoes that Harvey wore at the event.
Also in attendance at the Essence Black Women in Hollywood Awards was Teyana Taylor, who donned a pair of sandals from Tom Ford to go with a custom Amiri gown.
Harvey donned a striking pair of red Ferragamo sandals when she attended the Fifteen Percent Pledge Gala on Feb. 1 — the shoes feature shiny satin ribbon straps wrapping around the ankle.
