Lewis Hamilton celebrated the launch of his +44 “Home Turf” collection on July 2 in London. The collection is available exclusively at Selfridges London and online at http://www.pluss44.world. The launch saw the attendance of Kim Jones, the creative director of Dior Homme and Fendi.
In an aptly dressed fashion, Hamilton donned a pair of black leather shoes hailing from Dior’s latest summer 2025 collection. The British race car driver’s footwear was likely the designer brand’s new engineer boots clog or derby clog silhouette.
Both styles feature plush leather uppers, silver studded hardware lining the soles, non-slip thick rubber tread and platform soles that offer the wearer a subtle boost. The details are where the silhouettes differ, given the boot features adjustable buckle closures in silver, while the derby is fixed with lace-up adornments. The brand’s new offerings also include a suede boots in lighter neutral shades. The boot silhouette mimics the look of a classic biker boot, fitted with rugged detailing that brings the style a grungy element.
In a more casual vein, Hamilton wore a black hoodie, from his new clothing collection, accompanied by a black t-shirt and tailored black slacks. Rounding out his look, the sports star donned a pearl necklace, a singular sparkling mini hoop and coordinating silver rings.
The launch of Hamilton’s collaborative collection titled “Home Turf” celebrates his upcoming home race at Silverstone Circuit. The four-piece capsule is designed by Nigerian-born artist Leonard Iheagwam.
Hamilton’s footwear wardrobe is wide-ranging and bold. The British driver often wears high-top sneakers from a range of luxury labels, including Gucci, Stella McCartney and Louis Vuitton. He’s also been frequently spotted in chunky lace-up and combat boots from brands like Versace. Outside of sleek shoes, Hamilton has also stepped into the world of modeling, starring in recent campaigns for Tommy Hilfiger and Rimowa.
