Kylie Jenner Stuns in Ferragamo With Embellished Pumps on the Met Gala 2025 Red Carpet
Kylie Jenner stunned in pointed-toe embellished pumps and a dress from Ferragamo at the 2025 Met Gala. She walked the carpet alongside Maximilian Davis. The British fashion designer has been the creative director of Salvatore Ferragamo since March 2022.
The shoes, which featured crossing straps across the mid-foot that extended into the toe box were made with patent leather material, and closed in the back to give her security as she walked. The silhouette included a pointed upper that was enhanced by a flower embellishment.

The back of the shoes couldn’t be seen completely, but it’s likely they were completed with a sharp slender stiletto heel that ranged between 4-to-5 inches based on Jenner’s previous preferences.
As for her gown choice of the evening, Jenner wore a custom-made Ferragamo halter gown, which featured a gray tweed corset top with a sheer black midsection, and a high-slit skirt. She paired her gown with long black opera gloves that were also sheer. Keeping her makeup natural and neutral, her hair was sleeked back into a face-framing style.
Known for their comfort, the silhouette is often praised for its versatility and ease of styling as it can be worn to a variety of events. Pointed-toe pumps are a retro style that has been around since the early 1900s. The current versions of pointed-toe pumps are a classic model that merges elements of that retro style with current 2020s inspiration.
The silhouette has become a preferred shoe for red carpets and formal occasions, as the popularity of the slim stiletto heel began re-emerging at the start of the 2020s.
The 2025 Met Gala is being held tonight in New York. The theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” celebrates all things African American styles and culture. This year’s co-chairs include Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky and Pharrell Williams, along with Vogue’s Editor In Chief Anna Wintour. The gala gathers top stars from all walks of life, celebrating the arts and fashion for one night each year on the first Monday in May.
