Kerry Washington Glistens in Gold Burberry Dress & Jimmy Choo Pumps at the Fashion Trust U.S. Awards 2025
Kerry Washington dazzled at the Fashion Trust U.S Awards in Los Angeles last night.
The “Six Triple Eight” star wore a gold sequined halter dress featuring a plunging neckline, sultry open back, and a tiered design. The eye-catching fringed look, which hit just past the knee, debuted on the catwalk at Burberry‘s Spring 2025 show.
As for shoes, she opted for a monochromatic moment with matching gold pumps. The mirrored style boasted a classic pointed toe, a low-cut vamp, and a high stiletto heel that appeared to be approximately 4 inches. According to Washington’s stylist Mariel Haenn, the metallic shoes were Jimmy Choo. They appear to be the iconic luxury footwear brand’s celebrity-favorite “Anouk” silhouette.
The “Scandal” alum added to the glitz and glamour of her look for the evening with an 18-karat yellow gold diamond pavé bracelet from Messika. The website of Connecticut-based luxury watch and jewelry retailer Manfredi Jewels says it was sold for $63,800. The linked piece, dubbed the “Groove” bracelet, is from Messika’s Midnight Sun High Jewelry collection. She wore the matching earrings featuring an elliptical shape.

Washington works with renowned stylist team Mariel Haenn and Rob Zangardi. Haenn and Zangardi’s other celebrity clients include Jennifer Lopez, Hailee Steinfeld, Kelsea Ballerini, Lily Collins, Rachel McAdams, and Lindsay Lohan. The duo, who have appeared on the cover of The Hollywood Reporter‘s annual issue that spotlights powerful stylists in the industry, first joined forces while working on Rihanna’s 2007 “Umbrella” music video.
Over the years, Washington has earned a reputation for her head-turning style. Whether hitting the red carpet, doing an interview, or stepping out for fashion week, she invariably wears a striking ensemble worth talking about. A recent example of this was her romantic pink beaded look at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in February. The ethereal layered design was a custom piece by Armani Privé.
When it comes to shoes, she wore Balenciaga’s signature “Knife” pump with a hot pink gown at the Golden Globes in January. And for an appearance on “The View” in December, she showed off timeless knee-high leather boots courtesy of Santoni.
