Kelsea Ballerini Sparkles in Gianvito Rossi Pumps for 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards

Kelsea Ballerini made sure to bring some sparkle to the iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday in Los Angeles. The “Cowboys Cry Too” singer showcased a glittering strapless dress paired with a footwear style blending trendy design elements — PVC pumps were made all the more eye catching with a crystal-embellished mesh design.
Ballerini’s gown featured a large asymmetrical cutout in front in addition to a sweetheart neckline and column skirt with a high slit revealing her leg. The dress was black with tiny silver crystal adornments covering the entire garment.

Continuing with the sparkling aesthetic, “The Voice” coach donned fancy footwear hailing from luxury Italian label Gianvito Rossi — an unsurprising choice since she’s worn the brand before. She appeared to be wearing the Lipari Plexi Vernice Pumps. The heels feature a minimalist silhouette with an upper that cuts away and reveals the sides of the feet; a slender strap encircles the ankle and features a silver buckle denoting the brand. The shoes exude a glamorous air with a PVC upper featuring crystal-embellished mesh.
Among a myriad of red carpet looks she’s showcased, Ballerini wore red platform pumps from Jimmy Choo to the CMT Awards last year.
This year at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, Lady Gaga will receive the Innovator Award and Mariah Carey will receive the Icon Award. Performers include Bad Bunny, Billie Eilish, GloRilla, Gracie Abrams, Kenny Chesney, Muni Long, Nelly and more artists. Held at the Dolby Theatre, LL Cool J is the host of the event.
