Jennifer Lopez is in Saudi Arabia to headline the Jeddah Corniche Circuit F1 Grand Prix. The multi-hyphenate had previously headlined at the 2014 Singapore Grand Prix but is now back on the paddock.
Ahead of her headlining set, Lopez met with some of the members of Team Ferrari, who were hosting her. For her trip to the garage, she wore a pink catsuit. The high neck garment featured a zip down the front. It also featured a belt detail at the waist.
Lopez’s shoes were style she has worn before. The style is a custom version of Femme Los Angeles’s Gianni mule. It features a completely sheer PVC upper. With an open toe, the upper is only one thick strap across the front of the foot. The sole has a pointed-toe shape. There’s also a tall stiletto heel of about four inches. The current company offers it with a suede sole for $199.
In the past, Lopez has worn Gianvito Rossi’s Elle mule which matches this style and is available at the four-inch height for $680. That shoe features a smooth leather sole. (Femme Los Angeles would have used a faux leather for its base.)
Lopez has already worn the Elle this year. In fact, in January, she wore the shoe twice. First she paired it with a sheer minidress to the 10 Directors To Watch Brunch at the Palm Springs International Film Festival. The night of that event, she kept the shoe on as she changed her look out to a silk dress and fur coat.
Similarly, she’s worn the Gianni multiple times. She’s notably on the product page for the shoe. In November she was wearing it while shopping at Ralph Lauren.
Lopez is a fan of sheer, PVC shoes. She was just wearing a pair of PVC heels to see Broadway’s “Buena Vista Social Club.” Those were a pointed-toe Stuart Weitzman style but did not feature an open toe.
