As Beetlejuice himself would say, “It’s showtime!”

Following a screening at the Venice Film Festival, “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” had its UK premiere on Aug. 29, where Jenna Ortega wore a mystical Harris Reed gown with suede pumps from Brandon Blackwood.

Ortega continues to dress according to the ghostly themes of “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” as she promotes Tim Burton’s long-awaited sequel. In London on Thursday, she wore a seafoam green dress with black trim from British-American designer Harris Reed. The corset-style strapless top featured criss-crossing lacing in the back which contributed to the gothic feel of the ensemble.

The top was rounded at the hemline and dramatically flared out at the bottom, creating a dramatic silhouette for Ortega. Further leaning into the macabre, the outfit was accented by long velvety black gloves adorned with several silver rings. She also carried a purse designed in the likeness of the “Beetlejuice” house.

Ortega’s floor-length skirt mostly covered her footwear, but a slit allowed her Brandon Blackwood pumps to be seen at certain moments. Known as the Sali pump, this particular shoe is covered in black suede, an understated but elegant fabric choice. The shoe features a slanted block heel measuring 150 mm in addition to a 90 mm platform in front. A medium-width strap crosses the toes while another strap encircles the ankle for additional support. The shoes usually retail for $285 from Brandon Blackwood but are currently on sale for $185.25.

The “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice” press tour has delivered a number of notable fashion moments as Ortega, Winona Ryder and the rest of the team involved make stops around the world in promotion of the film. Ortega’s looks have features a number of nods to the original film; for example, she’s paid tribute to Alec Baldwin’s original character Alec Maitland as well as Ryder’s Lydia Deetz, who is Ortega’s mother in the film.

For these looks, she wore red Jimmy Choo loafers and Thom Browne brogue pumps, respectively. Her fashionable footwear doesn’t stop there — from platforms to kitten heel pumps, see more of Ortega’s “Beetlejuice” shoe looks here.
