Jane Krakowski became the latest celebrity in Christian Louboutin‘s newest core pump. The actress attended The Olivier Awards on Sunday.
Krakowski wore a strapless, pale yellow sequin dress. She wore the dress with a pair of sheer tights.
For shoes, the actress wore Christian Louboutin’s new Miss Z pump in a glossy leather. The shoe is largely a classic stiletto pump. It includes a pointed toe and a rounded vamp. As is typical of Louboutin pumps, it is cut low on the sides but still covers all of the outer edges of the foot like any court shoe would. The shoe comes in a variety of heights including 60, 80, 100 and 120 millimeter — when it was first released in January the 120 was not available but has since been put up for offer. Krakowski appears to ewar the 100 mm which measures almost four inches in height.
The shoe includes the Louboutin trademark red sole. The Miss Z differs from many other Louboutin pumps that have preceded it in that the sole is the “Everlasting Sole” which is made to prevent chipping.
The Miss Z pump is the latest pump from Louboutin. The brand introduced its first iconic pump the Pigalle which quickly became a favorite of celebrities the world over. Amongst the fans was Kate Moss, who often wore the shoe in black leather. In celebration of Moss’s fandom, Louboutin offered tweaks on the pump and named the new style the Kate. The Kate begat other styles like the So Kate (which was taller,) the Sporty Kate, the Kate Max and more. Last year, Louboutin updated the Kate and gave it the name the Miss Z.
The Miss Z has key differences. One subtle tweak is its more angular silhouette. More prominently though is its curved heel. In addition to the heel being curved, the red of the sole extends to the top of the heel which makes it appear taller than it is.
Stars have been wearing the Miss Z heel since it was released. Ciara, Selena Gomez and Doja Cat are amongst the names who have worn the shoes.
