Florence Pugh Elevates Bridal Alexander McQueen Dress With White Strappy Sandals at Elle Style Awards 2023

Florence Pugh graced the 2023 Elle Style Awards held in London yesterday. During the event, Pugh presented the Icon Award to her friend designer Harris Reed.
The British thespian stepped into a pair of white sandals equipped with geometrical square toes and a thick and sturdy, strap-heavy construction that crossed over the top of her toes and around her ankles, securing the sandals in place.
The versatile style’s straps were threaded through buckle closures and also included ultra-thin 3 to 4-inch stiletto heels, a conservative height for many heels. The summer season gave way to lots of heeled sandal styles seen on the likes of top stars, including Lori Harvey, Lily Allen, Issa Rae and even Beyoncé.
Pugh was outfitted in an impactful sleeveless halter-style gown by Alexander McQueen. The floor-sweeping gown was constructed of sheer lace featuring delicate floral motifs scattered throughout. The garment was fitted in a mermaid silhouette with a flared skirt that pooled overtop the “Black Widow” star’s feet. The skirt included an alluring scalloped hem, offering Pugh’s look a dainty quality.

Pugh often wears statement-making shoes for a range of occasions. The “Little Women” actress coordinates her outfits with similarly colored pumps and sandals from top labels including Jimmy Choo, Aquazzura and Christian Louboutin.
Prior to her attendance at the event, the “Midsommar” star graced the magazine’s glossy cover in colorful wear for their Style Awards issue which was released on Aug. 30.
