Cardi B Wore Purple Ombré Feather Boots & Edgy Rick Owens Sandals at Coachella’s Revolve Festival
It should come as no surprise to followers of Cardi B‘s fashion choices that she wore two bold ensembles at Revolve Festival during Coachella in Thermal, Calif., on Saturday.
Posing for photos on sand-covered ground, the “Bodak Yellow” hitmaker showed off knee-high boots embellished with purple feathers. The style featured an ombré design with a lighter shade of purple feathers up top.
The rest of her look included a lavender moto jacket layered over a plunging halter top in the same springy hue and matching tights. In true Cardi form, she added some major bling to her getup. She wore a glamorous diamond necklace and earrings that popped against her long raven tresses.
Cardi took to her Instagram last night to share a carousel showcasing her outfits for the bash. “Y’all sure know how to throw a party @revolve,” she captioned the post. In addition to the playful purple look, she can be seen modeling a head-turning gray top jersey and skirt featuring bold slashes throughout.

The “Drip” rapper wore chunky gladiator sandals boasting an ivory snakeskin-embossed upper with a thick strap at the front, tiny round silver stud detailing on the side straps, and a zipper in the back. The Rick Owens style is complete with huge platform soles and towering block heels in see-through Lucite.
Cardi has been working exclusively with stylist Kollin Carter for years. The pair appeared on the cover of The Hollywood Reporter‘s Power Stylists issue last year. WWD reported on the rap star’s new partnership with Revolve Group on April 1. The joint venture will see her launch apparel and beauty lines, with Kollin Carter serving as a creative partner. Cardi has previously modeled for Reebok, Skims, Marc Jacobs, Fashion Nova, and more. The Grammy-winning hip-hop artist launched her final Reebok collection in December 2022.
When it comes to her shoe style, Carter often puts Cardi in Christian Louboutin looks, from leopard-print pumps to strappy platform sandals. She’s also worn Jimmy Choo heels and outrageous vintage platforms from Vivienne Westwood’s fall 1993 collection. Furthermore, Carter has dressed the “I Like It” rapper in many top brands, including Dior, Balmain, Mugler, Prabal Gurung, and Paco Rabanne.
