Angelina Jolie Dons Aquazzura Cutout Pumps at Santa Barbara International Film Festival
Angelina Jolie stepped out in an ethereal look on Wednesday at the 40th annual Santa Barbara International Film Festival.
The “Maria” star opted for an ivory silk gown from Brunello Cucinelli‘s Eveningwear collection. The full-length dress featured a straight neckline that hit just below the collarbone, slinky spaghetti straps, and subtle side pockets, which Jolie casually slipped her hands into while posing on the red carpet. A dip in the back and a side slit revealed just a bit of skin. The full Brunello Cucinelli look included a white silk blazer, which she took off for some photos to showcase the back of the dress.
Adding to the glamour, Jolie slipped into a pair of black pointed pumps boasting sheer mesh cutouts at the sides. She wore Aquazzura‘s Savoy 105 pumps, a style Meghan Markle has worn on multiple occasions. The eye-catching silhouette crafted in velvety suede is set on sharp stiletto heels that measure just over 4 inches, offering a decent height boost.

Notably, the “Girl, Interrupted” actress reached for the same pumps for an appearance at the Palm Springs Film Festival last month. Jolie, who works with stylist Dena Giannini, often wears Aquazzura heels. At the 2024 Gotham Awards in December, she sported the luxury brand’s strappy La Nuit Plateau sandals featuring a chunky platform and towering 5.5-inch block heels.
Then, for the Venice Film Festival premiere of “Maria” last summer, she chose Aquazzura’s ribbed metallic leather Sundance platform sandals. A bevy of celebrities have worn the Sundance, including Anne Hathaway, Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, and Cara Delevingne.
Aquazzura is undoubtedly one of the most popular footwear brands among the stars. The Italian footwear brand founded by Edgardo Osorio has gained a massive celebrity following since its debut in 2012. Famous faces are constantly hitting red carpets in the label’s chic styles, from their signature Bow Tie pumps to the ultra-sleek Love Affair pumps.
