Brandblack’s Motorcycle-Themed Collab With Titan In Stores Now
Brandblack’s basketball silhouettes for reigning NBA Sixth Man of the Year Jamal Crawford already feature a tough look. The brand’s latest collab on a Crawford style boasts its most aggressive appearance yet.
The athletic upstart teamed with Philippines-based basketball concept shop Titan for the “Mr. Mayhem” J. Crossover 3, which is in stores now. Only 366 pairs of the shoe have been made, which are available exclusively at Titan Fort, with a subsequent release on Saturday at all other Titan shops and the store’s website, titan22.com.
The shoe, according to Titan, was inspired by its “fascination with the parallels of the inevitable brotherhood born from a shared passion,” shown in the retailer’s favorite outlaw motorcycle club TV series (most likely “Sons of Anarchy.”)
The shoe was created to mirror radically modified motorcycles, referred to as choppers. The “Mr. Mayhem” iteration boasts all the performance basketball features of the original J. Crossover 3, including its blade traction and supportive force vector midsole plates, but adds Titan’s custom graphics to give it an outlaw look.

The predominantly black shoe is paired with turquoise and chrome — nods to a motorcycle’s gas tank and fenders — and completed with an icy translucent outsole. Patent leather is used on the shoe on its heel counter, collar trim, and the inside of the removable shroud, which serves as homage to the plush leather saddle on the classic Harley-Davidson Knucklehead.
The retailer will also offer a special edition “Contraband” pack — nine cases in all — that includes custom wood packaging, signet brass ring, biker patches and a T-shirt.
