In the world of Adidas Originals, all that glitters is gold.
The brand has unveiled its 999 Noble Metals Pack, a collaboration with German gold manufacturer Eytzinger. Two of the brand’s most beloved silhouettes, the Stan Smith and the Rod Laver, are done in all-white with gold accents on the heel and tongue.
Eytzinger is in the German town of Schwabach, less than an hour’s drive from Adidas’ headquarters in Herzogenaurach. This is the first in a series of precious-metals releases from Adidas, but the brand has not revealed what will be next.
The shoes will be available Friday and retail for $110.
